Indigo Berry Kush is a combination of an elite clone of So G Kush (OG Kush and LA Confidential mixed with Trainwreck) and Sweet Seeds own Blue Monster (Blueberry 99 mixed with Black Domina 99).
This strain is famous for its earthy aroma with a sweetness to it that is nothing short of exquisite. This special scent comes from the OG Kush background of the strain.
The indica structure comes through in Indigo Berry Kush with a large, main cola that is extremely compact and resinous, complimented by flower covered side branches. This strain is also famous for its fantastic capacity for resin production.
This strain is feminised and will only grow into female plants. Feminised seeds are great for growers who don't plan on breeding their own plants.
For these growers the male plants are completely useless and can actually damage the females during the flowering phase. This means they have to be removed and disposed of.
Since about half of a regular crop is male this is a huge waste of time, money and energy that would be much better spent on female plants.
Feminised seeds also tend to be higher in quality and uniformity than regular plants. For this reason some breeders also prefer to use feminised seeds. However, feminised seeds are very hard to breed with and it should only be attempted by experienced breeders.
