With our FREE Guaranteed Delivery service, it is in our interest to make sure that you get your item first time, so we go to great lengths to make sure that it does.

To make sure that we give your package the best chance of reaching you, we use only the best Stealth packing techniques. - Our tried and tested methods will differ based on your location and order.
FREE UK Guaranteed Delivery:
If your package gets lost by Royal Mail in the UK then we will re-send your order free of charge. – Stealth packing is not required for UK orders.
FREE International Guaranteed Delivery:
International Orders which include one of our Stealth packikng options qualify for FREE Guaranteed Delivery.
So If you have purchased one of our Stealth tracking options with your international (non-UK) order and your package is lost by Royal Mail, your local postal provider, or even if it gets picked up by customs, don’t panic just get in touch and The Vault will happily provide you with a re-send of your order completely free of charge.
Most of our packages do arrive within normal delivery timescales, but delays are possible.
Whilst we do understand that delays can be frustrating, we do need to give packages every opportunity to reach their destinations. Therefore, we ask customers to remain patient if your package has been delayed. – Royal Mail may take up to 35 days to consider an International Package lost.
Naturally we do need to be able to see what happened to your package before we agree to resend it. We will therefore only consider resending your package if the delivery country has a reliable postal service and our packages can be fully tracked and signed for at your chosen delivery address.
International Packages that are ordered without Stealth packing will not be guaranteed.
We will not resend any packages to countries in Africa, Asia (including all of Russia and Turkey), Australasia, South America & The Caribbean Islands - If you choose to order to one of these regions, then please understand that you do so at your own risk.
As signature will be required on delivery of your package, we do not resend orders to rented Mailboxes, PO Box Addresses, and the likes.
If your package is delivered with a signature then you must contact your local postal service to source your package.
To satisfy our Guaranteed Delivery processes, you may be required to provide us with further information about your package, we therefore request that you contact us before disposing of any packaging.
If we agree to resend your package, then we may require you to provide us with an alternative delivery name and address.
If you are one of the very small number of customers to have their package picked up by customs in the past 12 months, then we do ask that you provide a different delivery name and address for any new order that is placed during this period. - Failure to comply with this request will regrettably invalidate any offer by The Vault to guarantee your order and the package will be sent at your own risk.
We advise customers to ensure that they provide us with the accurate delivery information, as we may be unable to retrieve some international packages that are returned to sender. – We will always do our best to source a returned package VIA the national returns centre for the UK, but cannot guarantee that it will be possible.
