After successfully breeding their first THC-free strain, Northern Light Blue, Delicious Seeds wanted to take it a step further and create a strain with even higher levels of CBD. The result is their new variety, Delimed CBD Plus, which not only caters to the therapeutic needs of patients but also provides a high-quality product for CBD users who seek its sedative and calming effects without the psychoactive potency of THC.
To create this variety, Delicious Seeds selected two individuals known for their high CBD production: Harlequin CBD and Dinamed CBD PLUS. The resulting hybrid is a sativa-dominant plant of medium size with excellent lateral development. It offers great yields with a good calyx-leaf ratio and can reach up to 20% CBD, always with THC percentages below 1%.
Unlike THC, CBD is non-psychoactive and has various therapeutic properties. It is known for its muscle relaxant, anticonvulsant, neuroprotective, anxiolytic, and anti-inflammatory effects.
