Royal Queens Seeds Amnesia Haze Automatic Feminised seeds aims to overcome many of the problems which are associated with traditional Haze strains such as its particularly long flowering time, which in some cases can be up to 20 weeks.
The Ruderalis background of this type means that it cuts this flowering time to a much more manageable 10-12 weeks meaning that those who would otherwise not have been given a chance to grow it can now do so.
It is Sativa dominant which can be seen in the fact that it will grow rather large. With thin leaves and long buds, it can grow up to a height of 1 m indoors and past this outdoors.
After 80 growth days it will produce a good yield of 350-400 gr m2. Although this plant likes to be fed well a grower must take care not to overfeed as some Hazes are sensitive to nutrients, however if cared for in the correct way it will not disappoint in its yield and give off a unique spicy aroma.
Amnesia Haze seeds have the benefit of being both automatic and feminised, which gives it an edge over other Hazes as it makes it significantly easier to grow. Automatic means autoflowering, which put simply, means that the plant will flower automatically after a certain amount of time.
Very handy indeed. Feminised means that there is a 99.99% chance that all of the seeds will be female, which is useful because the males really don't serve any purpose except to take up time and space which would be better served on the productive females.
The males would be useful if a grower was looking to breed their own crop and even then it is possible to coerce the females into producing the pollen necessary for this.
This is a very tricky process, however, and only the more experienced growers will likely be successful, but if it is achieved the next crop will be more pure genetically speaking than if both males and females had been used.
