Durban Poison and Pineapple are well-established, classic cannabis seed options. Pineapple Poison can be successfully grown both indoors and outdoors. To create this strain, SSSC combined the original South African Durban Poison with an old school Pineapple Skunk of unknown origin. After five generations of careful breeding, they achieved a stable and potent fruity variety. The Pineapple Poison plant is vigorous and easy to cultivate, particularly outdoors. During the growth cycle, the sativa characteristics of Durban Poison are prominently displayed. Indoor plants typically reach heights of 1 to 2 meters, while outdoor plants can reach up to 4 meters, resulting in a plentiful harvest. The ideal time for harvest falls between the end of September and the beginning of October. The aroma of Pineapple Poison is both exotic and strong, with notes of pineapple fruit and hints of anise from the Durban Poison. The flavor is fruity, with the pineapple taste followed by a lingering anise aftertaste. The buds of this variety are compact and covered in a frosty layer, making them highly desirable for commercial outdoor cultivation.
