Dedoverde Haze is one of the many wonderful offspring of the original Haze strain. This strain was created in California and went on to be the genetic base for many of the worlds top and most popular strains.
In the late 90s a few clones of the original strain were obtained and these original genetics were used in the creation of Dedoverde Haze.
It is an F1 cross of the California Haze and Amnesia, another extremely impressive strain, and does not only give an amazingly high yield but also has an extremely powerful effect.
It has a deliciously fruity flavour as well as an enchantingly sweet pine scent. Despite its Sativa dominance it has a very short flowering time and is very easy to maintain.
The high resin production of the strain and easy to grow nature makes it ideal for less experienced who are looking for something that is low risk and high reward. However, due to the potency of the strain it is not recommended for complete beginners.
This strain is feminised which means it will only grow into female plants. These seeds are usually used by growers since they remove the issue of the male plants.
For growers the males are not only useless but can also damage the female plants during the flowering process. This means that the males must be removed at the start of the flowering process which wastes around half of a regular crop, and so half of the money spent on it.
Feminised seeds are also of a generally higher level of quality and uniformity that regular seeds. 80% of strains which have been feminised have shown improvement in both areas. These seeds can also be used by experienced breeders.
If the female plant is stressed in the correct way she will produce a feminised pollen. This pollen works in much the same way as the male pollen. It is used to fertilise another female plant and the resulting seeds will also be feminised.
This strain has a flowering time of 70 days from sowing, a very high THC contentand a yield of 40 - 150 grams.
