Sweet Seeds Sweet Trainwreck Auto-Feminised is an auto-flowering 50/50 Sativa-Indica strain. It is the result of crossing Trainwreck with a third generation automatic strain. The result is a well-balanced, high-quality hybrid with all the best attributes of the original Trainwreck left well intact.
This strain offers a unique, complex balance in all aspects of the plant from its look, smell and flavour to its effect. It is an excellent, fast-flowering, hardy plant that is easy to grow and offers very respectable yields, especially for an automatic. The buds are long and delicious and become covered with shimmery resin when fully mature.
Sweet Trainwreck lends itself nicely to small indoor growing spaces and is very inconspicuous when grown outdoors. It does require good and consistent lighting and seems to prefer soil to hydro setups (although growers say that either method with their preferred variations work just as well).
Maintaining a nutrient-rich environment is key to cultivating healthy plants with high yields out of these seeds. The yield of an automatic is always a little lower than an unmodified regular plant, but under controlled conditions, Sweet Trainwreck rewards the grower well for his or her effort. The flowering period is just about 8 weeks and an average yield depends on the growing environment. These plants do much better indoors than out. Outdoor growers should plant in April for final harvest in October.
The flavour and aroma of Sweet Trainwreck are both strong and inviting. The undercurrent of fruity sweetness makes the user want to keep coming back for more. The effect is powerful, balanced and long-lasting, providing the user with a wonderful head-filling euphoric effect. This is a great end-of-the-day sort of smoke and it is also great for treating all forms of sleeplessness. THC is high.
