Barneys Farm Seeds are taking centre stage at The Vault, with four standout Cannabis Seeds joining our latest promotion — and there are a couple of very good reasons to take a closer look.
We have selected two Feminised Seeds and two Auto Seeds from the Barney’s Farm catalogue, covering four very different corners of modern cannabis genetics.
The line-up includes Gary Payton Feminised, Barneys Farm Do Si Dos Feminised, Barneys Farm Gorilla Zkittlez Auto, and Barneys Farm GMO Auto.
Better still, these strains will also appear among our free seed options with qualifying orders, subject to availability.
And because four strains apparently weren’t enough…
We’re also giving one lucky winner the chance to choose 15 FREE Barneys Farm Seeds from one of the four featured strains.
So, which one would make your first pick?
Barneys Farm Seeds: Four Strains at a Glance
Before we get into the story behind each strain, here’s a quick comparison of the four genetics featured in our latest Barneys Farm promotion.
*Barney’s Farm’s current Gary Payton specification table lists 27% THC, although some of the descriptive copy on the breeder’s page references 29%. We have used the figure from the current specification table here.
What stands out most about this line-up is the contrast between the four strains. Each one brings a completely different genetic character to the promotion.
Gary Payton delivers a modern US-inspired hybrid with diesel, spice and sweet berry notes. Do Si Dos 33 moves deep into Cookies and Gelato territory, with mint, lime, spice and dessert-style genetics. Gorilla Zkittlez Auto takes the collection in a sweeter direction, combining fruity, berry-led character with Gorilla genetics. Then GMO Auto flips the script entirely, bringing its unmistakable mix of garlic, earth and diesel.
So this is not a selection built around four strains that feel broadly the same.
It is a deliberately varied line-up, with four distinct genetic profiles and four very different reasons to take a closer look.
Why Barneys Farm Seeds Remain So Popular
Barney’s Farm is hardly a new name in the world of Cannabis Seeds.
The breeder traces its history back to 1986, giving the brand around four decades of involvement in cannabis genetics. Barney’s Farm also states that it has collected more than 40 Cannabis Cup wins during that time.
That history is only part of the story, though.
One reason Barneys Farm Seeds continue to attract attention is the sheer range of genetics found within the modern catalogue. Older influences sit alongside contemporary US-inspired names, dessert profiles, fruit-heavy varieties and newer Auto Seeds.
We’ve stocked Barney’s Farm at The Vault for years, so it is a breeder our customers will already know well. Our current Barney’s Farm collection also spans a substantial mix of Feminised Seeds and autoflowering genetics.
For this promotion, however, we’re narrowing that huge catalogue down to four picks worth knowing a little better.
Gary Payton Feminised Seeds: A Modern Headliner
It’s difficult to put together a modern Barneys Farm Seeds feature without Gary Payton Feminised grabbing some attention.
Even the name stands out.
Named after basketball legend Gary Payton, this Barney’s Farm interpretation combines Y Griega with Snowman. The breeder currently describes it as a 55% sativa and 45% indica hybrid.
The profile is equally interesting.
Barney’s Farm lists diesel, spicy herbs and sweet berry among its flavours, while the aroma moves through pungent, earthy and sweeter notes. The current breeder specification lists THC at 27%.
From a genetics collector’s point of view, Gary Payton is probably the most instantly recognisable modern name in this four-strain line-up.
It also gives this promotion a nice excuse to borrow a little sporting language.
If these four strains were heading into a draft, Gary Payton would have a very strong case for the number-one pick.
Barneys Farm Do Si Dos Feminised Seeds: Cookies Meet Gelato
Next up comes a strain with some seriously recognisable genetics behind it.
Customers searching for Barneys Farm Do Si Dos Feminised Seeds may also see the strain listed by the breeder as Dos Si Dos 33.
Barney’s Farm combines Dos Si Dos with Gelato #33, bringing together two names with deep roots in modern US cannabis genetics. The breeder describes the finished hybrid as 60% indica and 40% sativa.
Its sensory profile is quite different from Gary Payton.
Barney’s Farm lists mint, lime and spice on the flavour side, while the aroma combines cookies, sherbet and lime. The current breeder specification gives Dos Si Dos 33 a reported THC level of 28%.
The lineage is where this one becomes especially interesting.
According to Barney’s Farm, its Dos Si Dos side traces through OG Kush Breath, Girl Scout Cookies and Face Off OG influences, while Gelato #33 adds Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint GSC heritage to the wider family tree.
That’s a lot of modern genetic history packed into one name.
Barneys Farm Gorilla Zkittlez Auto: Sweet Meets Gorilla
Now we move into the Auto Seeds featured in the promotion.
First is Barneys Farm Gorilla Zkittlez Auto, which customers may notice is now presented on the breeder’s current website under the shortened name Gorilla Z Auto.
The underlying genetics remain a combination of Gorilla Glue, Original Z and BF Super Auto #1. Barney’s Farm lists the strain as 75% indica and 25% sativa, with breeder-reported THC at 25%.
This is also easily the fruitiest member of our four-strain selection.
The official profile focuses on sweet fruit, berries and candy-like notes, backed by earthy elements from the wider Gorilla lineage.
That contrast makes it an easy strain to recognise within the group.
Gary Payton has its diesel and berry edge. Do Si Dos heads towards cookies, lime and sherbet. GMO gets wonderfully strange with garlic and diesel.
Gorilla Zkittlez Auto is the sweet one.
Barneys Farm GMO Auto: The Wild Card
Finally, we have Barneys Farm GMO Auto.
And if Gorilla Zkittlez Auto represents the sweeter side of modern Auto Seeds, GMO Auto seems determined to do almost everything differently.
Barney’s Farm combines its GMO strain with BF Super Auto #1 to create an 80% indica and 20% sativa autoflowering hybrid. Current breeder specifications list THC at 24%.
Then we get to the profile.
Diesel. Garlic. Earth.
There is no tropical fruit salad here.
GMO genetics have become famous for an unusual savoury character, and Barney’s Farm leans directly into that identity with this Auto version. The breeder lists diesel, garlic and earthy notes for both its flavour and aroma profile.
That makes GMO Auto arguably the biggest wildcard in this entire promotion.
It won’t necessarily be everyone’s first choice.
But for collectors attracted to unusual modern genetics rather than another sweet or fruity name, Barneys Farm GMO Auto has an identity all of its own.
Auto Seeds or Feminised Seeds: Which One Gets Your Pick?
This promotion has deliberately been split down the middle.
There are two Feminised Seeds and two Auto Seeds.
However, rather than treating one format as being “better” than the other, we think the more interesting comparison comes from the genetics themselves.
That diversity is what makes this particular Barneys Farm Seeds selection work.
There isn’t an obvious duplicate.
Each strain brings something different to the table, which also makes choosing a favourite for our giveaway slightly harder than we intended.
Sorry about that.

Wow firstly guys amazing competition and for me it HAS to be do si dos 33. Heard loads about the strain but bever had the pleasure. Barney’s farm has to be one of the all time best leading seed breeders out there. Used to run the Hullcc many years ago and always had ppl telling me of there love for barney’s farm. Good luck all BUT i need do si dos 33 lol.
Used barneys farm seeds and everytime i have they have always been top tier. Always looking to try new things and keep up with the flavours
Great giveaway. Barney farm is my go to supplier their seeds are reliable and have amazingly strong genetics. Out of the giveaways I have tried Dos Si dos but would love to try Gary Payton. Big love to the vault family
I enjoy growing. It is more of a hobby. There is something about watching these plants grow and mature. I have several plants that I’ve tried but never from this site.
Love Barney’s Farm. Great genetics and reliable. I’d love the chance to win the Gorilla Z auto.
Gary Payton Feminised ? Diesel, Spicy herbs & Sweet berry ! Yummie , am falling in love 💚💨
Thank.you The Vault for this contest and the admirable Barney”s Farm 👑
Gary Payton call me , the cross sounds awesome !!!
I’ve had great experiences growing Barney’s Farm seeds before, always super reliable genetics! I haven’t tried Do-Si-Dos Feminised yet, but it’s definitely the one catching my eye from this line-up. That heavy lineup of traits from OG Kush Breath, Girl Scout Cookies, and Face Off OG combined with the Gelato #33 influence sounds like absolute perfection. Would love to try this one next!
I would choose Do Si Dos
Gary Payton, one I’ve not tried
I’ve always had great results with Barneys Farm genetics going as far back as Sweet Tooth and Laughing Buddah to present day favorites if I am fortunate enough to win I’d like the Gorilla Z auto please and Thanks for the oppertunity
Always come to this website for the goodies, there’s so many strains to choose from and never had a bad seed and every one of them has always produced a good yeild to tide me over till next order and will be ordering again very soonish
I’d pick Do Si Dos. I’ve never tried them but I like their lineage strains.
It would be great to grow out Gary Payton I’ve have in the past it’s a fantastic smoke good luck everybody 🫡💚🦾🚀🙏🏻
If I were handed 15 seeds right now, I’d take Gary Payton without hesitation! Barney’s Farm genetics are always top-tier, but the powerhouse potency, bold earthy-diesel terpene profile, and incredible bag appeal of Gary Payton make it an absolute dream strain to grow. Plus, if I’m lucky enough to grab them, I’d love to write detailed online reviews for each of the four strains to break down their genetics, terp profiles, and performance! Thanks for the chance!
I would definitely go with Do Si Dos! Mint and lime seems very interesting. I am new to growing and have about 3-4 months experience, thus far.
Oh the barneys we like the barneys, vet good seed bank imo even when I fucked up they still sent me more seeds,. Just like George these guys are legends
Gorilla Zkittles Auto. Seeds
I just grew the GZ auto. It was not super productive, but the smoke was fine. The Do si Dos I have wanted to try for years I sure hope the possible seed ban by the USA does not happen. The seedsmen and women are a bright spot in the industry that is regulated and taxed to near death.
Hi all,I think Barney’s are awesome there packaging and service as a whole is amazing, hats of to all involved in the give away this is awesome,I’d love to try the do-si-do-33 IV not grown it myself but love the terps and flavour of the dosido itself so a new strain/version sounds awsome to me,good luck to all entering and thanks in advance to all involved in the give away keep it poppin 😉👍
I’ve grown Barney’s Farm Lemon Cherry Gelato and it’s one of better strains I’ve have grown. Big fat resin buds. Easy to grow and easy to trim.
Do Si Dos 33 would be another great cannabis plant to grow from Barney’s Farm.
I have never tried any of these but would love to have them as souvenirs in the uk and never plant them and watch them grow into amazing buds that i will never make into the best cakes ever. 😁
I’d try the GMO autos… never had or heard of a garlic strain.
hi there george ok hmmmm well i would like to get these do si dos 33 would been fun and exiting to try hope i win now for once mvh ove
One round of Shiskaberry is over, currently on drying and curing.
I would like to try Do Si Dos 33
Thanks for giving
Dos si dos please!
Hell yeah lets growwwww!!!!!
Grown a few Barney’s seeds over the years, in fact my first ever grow was Sweet Tooth auto back when it was still new!
Not tried any of the featured strains, but the Do Si Dos 33 heritage includes some of my favourite strains for MS medication, so that’s definitely in the ‘nust grow’ list; which keeps getting longer!
Well my experience with barneys farm has been good ive grown the blue dream outdoors years ago huge plants!!! Im currently growing some gorilla z auto …definitely smelling like well candy…I would love a pack of some Gary Payton!!!!!!!
Tangerine dream is one of my all time favourite strains . Dr grinspoon is really good too
Gary Payton and Do Si Dos are my choices but Gary Payton is hands down one of the best strains in cannabis history.
I would choose Gary Payton. It always has a distinct gassy/fruit terp. I’ll never turn down some GP!
I have not grown your seeds yet, have always wanted to, but I’ve always shouted you out for folks to try and I’ve emailed you with questions in the past that you’ve responded timely and professionally.
The do di dos sound good
I’ve grown Barney’s Pineapple Express, and it still remains to this day my favorite pineapple strain. Looks, terps, all of it.
Haven’t tried any of those four, but would love to get my hands on that Gary Payton. Heard nothing but good thing about it
GMO auto for me, I like different
Haven’t tried Barneys farm, but would like to try
Do Si Dos 33 Feminised
I’ve always wanted to grow Gary Payton from Barney’s!
Tried Barney’s farm a few years back. Can’t remember which strain .but remember I got good crop .
Sweet promo. It’s been a while but I grew a few different Barney’s farm beans and was always impressed. Hard choice but I think I’d pick the dosi dos. But all four sound pretty good 👍
Hi everybody – have not bought seeds from Barneys before but have enjoyed reading the blogs and have always liked how detailed the information is on the site.
I would choose the Do Si Dos – as a wannabe grower in the UK, Fem seeds seem like the way to go as I could only fit a couple of plants in my grow room and I fancy something with the sweet fruity notes this potentially could offer.
Thanks all at barneys for the chance at these.
I’ve had a great experience with Barney’s Farm in the past and have always enjoyed the variety in their catalog, along with the quality and reliability of their seeds. I’ve tried Do Si Dos and Gorilla Glue before, although not these particular genetics.
Out of the four featured strains, Gary Payton and Do Si Dos #33 caught my eye the most. I’m a big fan of the strength and characteristics you often get from US genetics, so both of these sound especially interesting to me. Would definitely love to give them a try!
Gary Payton sounds fire!
I love barnys farm but sadly last time I ordered their seeds through cunuk seed bank none of them popped which were Afghan hash, plant coyote, cookies, coyote, critical, and gorilla skittles which I think actually one of them did Pop but hopefully better luck next time
Do si dos 33 is 1 of the best strains that barneys have 🔥🔥
I’ve not tried your service but neither have I tried any of the 4 strains. I am leaning towards Gary or Dos si. I’d love to watch n!
Barney farm seeds good germination rate for me . Going to try the Gary Payton a good us strain for a change .
Barneys always deliver what they promise. Top notch strains and great quality. If you are a grower give them a go you wont be disapointed.
Looking forward to trying Do Si Do
love something sweet!
Looking forward to trying Do Si Do
love something sweet!
Hope you’re delicious flavours make it down under.
love to try Do Si Dos Feminised Seeds!
I really like Laughing Buddha, Acapulco Gold, and Wedding cake strains and have had good experience with them and would definitely try again. I have also had their Bad Azz Kush, Amnesia Lemon, NYC Diesel Auto strains but they were not ones I would likely try again.
Out of those above I would like to try Gary Payton or Do Si Dos, both of which I have heard good things about, but also because I’m more of a photoperiod guy than autoflower.
