I see you ordered 05/09/21 and we shipped it the next day 06/09/24 so i am not sure if you got your dates wrong or confused us with some one else?
However this was when we were based in Spain and after Brexit the postal services were terrible as well as issues with our logistics partners. To fix this we re-located the business back to the UK and the postal services don’t cause any issues now.
We are also super responsive to customers, you will see the other comments here attesting to that, i can only apologise if your contact fell through the gaps somehow? Sometimes emails in our industry get blocked by the email providers.
If you would consider placing your next order with us and let me know in advance I would be happy to add in some extra free seeds as a gesture of goodwill.

The Vault and Phoenix Seeds are a top tier operation so don’t hesitate to look around. The Phoenix Seeds selection is limited, though what is there is top shelf as well. I think the ability to accept credit cards was a big plus for you. I like the personal reviews you started. Contests are also a way to connect with everyone. Can’t think of any changes you need to make.

I’m on the Rollitup forum. You’ve been represented there for years and is how I came to know you. I’m currently only a part of any other forums to win your seeds.
