Blimey, we are getting replies from the top dog. Your site and service are great. However I haven’t bought a single seed this year due to price increases. To buy a single seed for £12 and see it fail is hard to stomach. Multi buy prices aren’t too inviting either. Yes globally prices hikes etc we know all that. Other than outlaw the bank of England and its constant money printing I don’t have another solution for you. You guys are great. The service has always been great and generous and im wearing your tshirt to prove it. Communication has been excellent. I found two giant seeds in a bud from my MC Supplier so put them to work. Gonna have to cut back significantly on my smoke from now and focus on learning how to grow my own seeds. My purchases from The Vault will be extremely limited from now. Did start using the vault was good 1st couple times ,, then suddenly went bit down hill ,, orders not turning up etc or different seeds to ones ordered would turn up weeks later ,, even communication was good at 1st ,, then became no reply’s to emails etc etc , so in then end just started ordering directly from couple suppliers I.e 420 fastbuds ,, sweet seeds

I think this sounds like the issues mentioned a few comments above when we were based in Spain and after Brexit the postal services were terrible as well as issues with our logistics partners. To fix this we re-located the business back to the UK and the postal services don’t cause any issues now.
We are also super responsive to customers, you will see the other comments here attesting to that, i can only apologise if your contact fell through the gaps somehow? Sometimes emails in our industry get blocked by the email providers.
If you would consider placing your next order with us and let me know in advance I would be happy to add in some extra free seeds as a gesture of goodwill.

I’ve always experienced excellent promos, sales, service, breeder selection, and communication at The Vault. I haven’t tried ordering seeds from anybody else mainly because I haven’t seen a need to, especially since we can using credit cards now. Not much room for improvement, but if you’re hearing ideas… I’d like to see more seed lineage in descriptions, which would help with pheno-chasing and give more of a clue how a grow could go and smoke qualities.
Leafly.com is popular my area and I haven’t seen The Vault on there.

Having recently won Phoenix seeds from George and the Vault, I can say, they are a great bunch of people. There was a slight hiccup getting my winnings sent out, but that was quickly addressed and they are on their way. I had already ordered some seeds, which arrived just the other day. LOVE the discrete packaging, especially since I live in the US in a Prohibition State. The packaging was absolutely superb. No way would anyone suspect it contained marijuana beans! Excellent job! I couldn’t be happier. You can rest assured that the employees at the Vault know their business and you can buy with confidence and know that your purchase will arrive safely.
