KC Brains Bahia Blackhead is a predominantly sativa hybrid created by KC Brains seed selectors. By combining a pure Brasil strain with two KC 606 males, they have developed a marijuana variety that possesses the exceptional qualities of Brazilian Sativa, yet matures earlier than other KC strains, making it suitable for outdoor cultivation in temperate regions. While it can also be grown indoors, its true potential is revealed when grown outdoors. This strain is remarkably straightforward to cultivate. When grown outside, Bahia Blackhead seeds produce robust, pest and mould-resistant plants that reach a height of 2.5 meters. Indoor varieties are more compact, not exceeding 80 cm in height. Within a relatively short flowering period of 8 to 10 weeks, its branches become adorned with plentiful, medium-sized buds. Although they possess a subtle aroma during early flowering, the scent becomes more pronounced towards the end, characterized by a pleasing earthy-hash flavour. Bahia Blackhead can be harvested as early as the end of October, yielding an impressive 850 grams per plant. Even when grown indoors, it still produces a substantial yield of up to 130 grams per plant, which is commendable for a sativa strain. Topping Bahia Blackhead plants at the 3rd or 4th node is recommended to enhance bud production. This strain is exceptionally easy to grow indoors, with a flowering period of just 8 weeks.
