With our FREE Guaranteed Delivery it is in our interest to make sure that you get your item first time, so we go to great lengths to make sure that it does.

Stealth Shipping: we use the best stealth shipping methods to make sure that your package gets to you. We use different stealth shipping methods for different countries, and change this often based on your location and order to make sure that your package has the best chance of getting to you. If you have stealth shipping included with your order and your international order (non UK) gets lost by Royal Mail or your own country's mail provider, or gets picked up by customs, then we will re-send your order free of charge - we will make sure that you get your seeds - YOU'RE IN SAFE HANDS WITH THE VAULT.
