Cannabis plants come in all shapes and sizes, with different cannabinoid and terpene profiles, offering something to suit everyone’s preferences and needs. And while different cannabinoid levels and ratios are still the most important factors for most consumers and growers, terpenes and terpenoids are becoming more and more important when it comes to choosing your next strain.
Terpenes are what gives cannabis plants its flavor and smell but they also play an important role in the effects and medicinal properties of a certain cannabis strain or cultivar.
