Maintaining and respecting your privacy is of the utmost importance to us: That’s why we are now rolling out the option for customers to add stealth shipping to their orders if they wish. While our methods have to remain as secret as the contents of Area 51, we have perfected our stealth shipping process to ensure that your order gets to you safe, secure and as discreetly as possible.
New breeders and new strains = more choice for you!
2016 saw The Vault forge new relationships with a whole range of awesome new breeders, which not only expanded our breeder roster, but also added a humongous array of superb quality strains to our already gargantuan selection. You can expect more of the same for 2017, with The Vault currently in talks with some incredible breeders who have some truly mind-blowing new strains that we look forward to bringing your way: Watch this space!

We would also like to take this opportunity to give a special mention to 2 new recruits at The Vault HQ.
Firstly Cameron joined us at the start of April to head up the Customer Service team so if you have sent us an email, spoke to us on the phone or via our social media channels you have probably dealt with Cameron at some point. Cameron is returning to the company after pursuing other interests for a while and its great to have him back on board!
Gareth joined us in June to lead up and expand the technical development department and is currently working on some awesome new features for the website as well as applying lots of fixes to known issues.
Already he has had a huge, positive impact and we are all excited about the future. For example you will notice on the category pages you can now use additional filters to hide / show out of stock products to improve and tailor your shopping experience on The Vault. Gareth is also just about to roll out our new shipping option DPD – Express which will have next day delivery as standard (if ordered before 13.00) as well as offering more flexibility to communicate with your delivery driver.

Ditto, I second that notion gatorbackbob! The vault needs to go back to accepting credit cards as a form of payment!!!!
Guys this is of course not our decision. We want to, we would love to, be able to accept cards outside of Europe again. This is because of restrictions from the card companies and localised government. We are always working on this but you can still pay by Bitcoin which is super fast, easy and cheap. Bank transfer and of course we still accept good old money orders and cash 🙂
I highly recommend the bitcoin route as you can buy bitcoin with your card then shop with us. It takes a short time to set up first time round but after that its really easy, fast, safe, secure and anonymous. Simply check out as normal and chose bitcoin as your payment method.
